Autodesk commenced an internal investigation into its accounting practices and delayed the release of its year-end 2023 financial results. Shares fell more than 4% after the announcement on April 1. On April 16 Autodesk announced that it will not file it’s annual report within the extension period as it continues the investigation. Shares fell 4% following the update.
