Affirmative Action Program

Exit interviews can provide the organization with information about how to correct the causes of discontent and reduce the costly problem of employee turnover.

EEO Monitoring Strategies: Block & Leviton LLP will ensure that its employees understand the terms and spirit of the EEO plan and hold all employees accountable for the implementation and effectiveness of the plan. Moreover, one partner of Block & Leviton LLP is assigned to monitor the effectiveness of the EEO plan and ensure that is being carried out fully and completely.
