Block & Leviton LLP (www.blockesq.com), a securities litigation firm representing investors nationwide, is investigating whether Super Micro Computer, Inc. ("SMCI" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: SMCI) and certain of its officers and directors violated federal securities laws.

In August and September of 2017, SMCI disclosed that it was conducting an internal accounting investigation and that it had received a delinquent filing notice from the Nasdaq stock exchange regarding the delayed filing of the Company's Form 10-K for fiscal 2017. On this news, the Company's stock fell dramatically.

Then, on January 30, 2018, SMCI disclosed that the Company's audit committee "has completed the previously disclosed investigation," but that "[a]dditional time is required to analyze the impact…of the results of the investigation on the Company's historical financial statements." SMCI further disclosed that Wally Liaw, Sr. Vice President of International Sales, Phidias Chou, Sr. Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Howard Hideshima, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer had resigned.

On this news, SMCI's stock fell more than 7%, causing millions in losses to investors.
