Jeffrey Gray

Associate

Jeff Gray is an associate in the Boston office of Block & Leviton. His practice primarily focuses on complex securities class action litigation.  

Since joining Block & Leviton in 2016, Jeff has worked on numerous matters, including In re Madison Square Garden Entertainment, Inc. Derivative Litigation,  Odeh v. Immunomedics, Inc.,  In re Lyft, Inc. Securities Litigation, Lopez v. Dell Technologies Inc., Sciabacucchi v. Liberty Broadband Corporation, In re Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. Securities Litigation, Klein v. H.I.G. Capital, L.L.C., et al, In re McKesson Corporation Derivative Litigation, In re: Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation Derivative Litigation,  In re Handy & Harman, Ltd., Shareholders Litigation, In re Rentrak Corporation Shareholders Litigation, and In re Volkswagen AG Securities Litigation. Among other cases, Jeff is currently working on Liverpool Limited Partnership v. Santander Holdings USA, Inc.

Earlier in his career, Jeff was a management consultant at a financial services firm in the Boston area and, prior to that, was a project manager in commercial lending at FleetBoston Financial while completing his MBA degree. While in law school, he completed internships with MFS and with The Nature Conservancy and was a law clerk at CT Corporation System.
